In terms of Sewer, it is required to install Sewer Treatment Plants. With proven water testing as to ensure that water is safe to be disposed of in The Delta.
We have clear guidelines as to what building materials are to be used, with proven origin based on sustainability.

We also needs to understand that waste disposal in our construction area is a huge issue for contention.
Storage areas in these areas needs to be looked at keeping in mind that spillage into barren sand needs to be avoid.
All demolished building materials needed to be returned out from site, prior to opening the “New Build”
